Jeg arbejder med kropsterapi, healing og sammenhængen mellem krop og psyke. Mange af de mennesker, der kommer hos mig, oplever stressbelastning, uro i nervesystemet eller forskellige former for fysiske smerter og spændinger i kroppen.

Ofte hænger det, vi mærker i kroppen, sammen med det liv vi lever, de oplevelser vi har haft, og den belastning vi over tid har båret. Kroppen reagerer, når noget bliver for meget – og nogle gange begynder den først at tale, når vi ikke længere kan overhøre den.

I min klinik arbejder jeg med kroppen som indgang til at forstå og løsne det, der ligger bag spændinger, smerter eller indre uro. Jeg møder dig med nærvær, ro og en helhedsorienteret tilgang, hvor både krop, følelser og energi får plads.

Mit fokus er at skabe et trygt rum, hvor du kan mærke dig selv tydeligere, give slip på spændinger og finde mere ro og balance i dig selv.
